due to their value to the public.The fresh water in the eastern Lee County aquifer is the drinking water for much of the eastern half of the county and drinking water is the big worry for
Florida in the coming years. With the population growing faster than the drinking water reservoirs the state water regulators have their hands full. We have 2 -4 inch wells and
water retention in the pond. Lot 1 is an upland and has some vegetation unique to uplands in southern Florida.
This lot can be engineered to build an estate home and pump the
waste to the existing houses septic. 150 foot deep 4 inch well is in place and power pole is 30 feet from the north line.
